Embodied Prayer Workshops

These 1-2 hour workshops connect participants to how God is present in their bodies.

Through a combination of gentle breathing exercises and guided movement (including some yoga poses – accessible to all abilities) Liuan guides participants to pay attention to what our bodies are saying, and use that information to process our experiences.
