Embodied Prayer Workshops
These 1-2 hour workshops connect participants to how God is present in their bodies.
Through a combination of gentle breathing exercises and guided movement (including some yoga poses – accessible to all abilities) Liuan guides participants to pay attention to what our bodies are saying, and use that information to process our experiences.
Contact Liuan to inquire about hosting an embodied prayer workshop as part of your church or small group retreat.
